This month for our governmental prayer we considered how we are made in God’s image and how much authority we have in Christ as we conform to His image. We recognized that satan attempts in any way he can to distort our original design to be His image bearers.
This month in our Governmental Prayer time we focused in part on Psalm 78 and the blessings God desires to give to His people. The grain of grace fell from the clouds, giving them more than enough, as the heavenly winds of miracle power blew in their favour. Manna from Heaven, daily bread provision, and so much more!
In many parts of the world the third Sunday in June is celebrated as Father’s Day, and to that end in our Governmental Prayer this month, we felt the Lord led us to pray in the area of fathers and fathering.
